| Application/ Performance | KCZ 55 is a non-toxic pipe stabilizer which is used in all non critical colour pigmented applications. If filer content is increased dosage of stabilizer and/or the addition of lubricants are recommended. KCZ 55 is very effective heat stabilizer with high stability and well balanced internal and external lubricantion. Suitable for pressure pipes and sewage pipe extrusions. |
| Recommended Dosage | Depends on the formulation, processing conditions and the type of products; usually in the range of 3.0 - 3.4 phr. |
| Mixing | A minimum tempreature of 120 °C is recommended for optimal dispersion inthe dry-blend. |
| Handling | Wear suitable mask, protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Avoid release to the environment, Refer to special instructions/safety data sheet.
